Irish Feast

Greetings unto the goode
people of the Kingdom of An Tir from the fine folk of the
Shire of River’s Bend. We would like to invite you to
the “Belated 25th Anniversary” of the
Shire’s Irish Feast.

 

As is our tradition we will
have for your pleasure several things at the event. Bardic
competitions, Subtlety competition, Children’s
Equestrian and always great company.

 

The Bardic competition will be
as follows: Novice – less than 5 entries ever
submitted. Intermediate – 5 to 10 entries ever
submitted. Advanced – more than 11 entries ever
submitted.  Areas of competition will include
instrumental, vocal, and story telling.

 

Subtlety – attention to
the theme will be most rewarded.

 

A traveler’s soup lunch
will be available for a donation of $3 per person.

 

A potluck feast – please
follow the list below, also a reminder to residents of the
Shire to please bring a main dish.

Fees

 Adult 18 and older – $8
($5 NMS applies to non members), Youth 7-17 – $4. Children 6
and younger – Free.

 Gate opens at 9am, Site
closes at 9pm

 

Directions – From I-5
take exit 40 turn left (if NB), turn right (if SB) This puts
you on North Kelso Ave which turns into North Pacific Ave,
follow road to the first traffic signal at Cowlitz Way. The
church will be across the road to your left.
