Tell the Heathman Lodge that you are with the Society for Creative
Anachronism, Inc. and that your room needs to go into the room
block.
If you would like a suite they are available but they need to be
added to the block of rooms.

Entries are now closed.
To improve judging experience all documentation will be due
February 21, 2014. Only minor changes can be made after this
date.
Information on the basic rules, Entrants and judges handbooks may

Friday March 7
2:00 to 9:00 Site opens for check in and set up in the display
area
6:00 – 11:00 Main hall open for meet and great
(main hall)
Saturday – March 8
7:00 Display area opens for set up by the contestants.
8:30 AM: Invocation Court (main hall)
9:00 AM 1st Competitor’s presentations &
judging starts (Competitor’s hall)
10:30 AM Fighting practice (outside main hall)
bring your armor.
12:30 PM: Lunch with Laurels see (site hand out for
location)
4:30 PM (following competition): Royal Court (main hall)
6:00 – 11:00 Mail Hall open for social no host bar (main
hall)
9:00 Display area closes.
Sunday – March 9
7:00 Main hall opens for contestants set up
9:00 AM: Final competitor’s presentations. (Main
hall)
12:00 Check out time
Following competition (early afternoon): Final Court, installation
of new Champions.
5:00 Site closes thank you all for
coming

There will be a Dirty Dozen Donation Derby on Saturday at Kingdom
Arts and Sciences in the Barony of Stromgard from 10:00am to
3:00pm. It is a great opportunity for all those that:
weren’t able to complete their entries for 12th Night’s
Derby, would like to display their skills but didn’t want to
enter the competition, or those who just want to assist An Tir by
providing Largess.
