Kind Lords and Ladies, pray listen, for
our call to Harvest is near. We in Bitter End give summons for
those who wish to partake in our champions tournaments. Those from
across the land please join us in our fall celebration. Where
swords will cross in rapier and heavy combat and arrows will fly.
Where the challenge of the Arts and Sciences will prevail and our
youth will show their mettle on the field of champions . Merchants
will abound to sell their wares and song and merriment will be
plentiful. Please come join us at our table and enjoy the Harvest
of Bitter End.
Site opens September 13 at 5:00pm;closes September 15 at
10:00am
Camping sites will be available earlier
Site Fee: $25.00 WITH FEAST( DUE TO UNFORSEEN COSTS SITE AND
FEAST FEES HAVE BEEN CHANGED)

YOUTH: 11-16 $20. WITH FEAST / $ 10.00 WITH OUT FEAST

Merchant spaces are
available,please let the autocrat:Thora Volundsdottir know if you
wish a space, hverweybsmith@gmail.com. Set up opens friday
afternoon, spaces need to be cleared for court saturday
night.
CAMPING INFO: THERE ARE 13 SITES FOR
CAMPING,*** AT $15.00 PER NIGHT***
It is a self registration site,
***THERE ARE NO SERVICES AT THE SITES*** but some have picnic
tables. and possible camping fire sites too
***There is also an overflow area
for camping
There are showers in the ag building which is open during the day,
two showers only ,one male, one female, donations for use of
showers is greatly appreciated we’ll have a can out at troll for
this,
There are outdoor bathrooms with cold water sinks also
There is also an option of a large fire can for a bonfire
aswell.
