Join us November 05, 2016 for Midhaven Harvest Feast as we welcome
our King and Queen on a travel along the great trade routes of the
Silk Road, enjoy varied entertainment, and partake of dishes from
North Africa, central Asia, and Mongolian China. The event
site does not permit alcohol.
Site opens at 12 noon for day activities, which will include
dayboard, A&S classes, games, socializing, and more.
Post-feast we will have our traditional dessert auction. Feast
begins at 6PM. Site closes at 10PM
Fee schedule: Adults: $25 ($5 member discount applies) UNTIL
22 October (postmarked). Thereafter, add $5 (as stated
below).
Youth 10-15: $10
Children under 10: Free
Pre-registration strongly encouraged, limited space
available. Registrations received after October 22nd or
“at the door” subject to $5 late fee. Make checks
payable to “Shire of
Midhaven, SCA”. Canadian funds accepted.
