Welcome Summits Nobles and Populace! The Shire of Mountain Edge are proud to host the Summits Spring Coronet 2025
Deadlines are approaching this week:
Thursday, March 20th by midnight, Pre Reg for Site and Lunch is due.
Friday, March 21st, Pre Reg for Summits Coronet Tournament is due.
Sword of the Mountain, Coronet and Cut and Thrust Sign up Lists will be day of from 9am-9:30am.
We highly suggest pre registering if you are volunteering or attending the Sword of the Mountain Championship, in order to cut lines at gate.
Red Lion Inn in McMinnville is our discounted group site. The deadline has been past, but if you are interested inquire to Asny, the Event Steward by Wednesday, March 26th.
On site we will have Merchants Row, Art Displays, Children and Family Activities and Classes from 10am-12pm.
As the day comes to a close, gather for a Summits Court and see who our next Heirs will be in June Investiture of 2025, as well as Cut and Thrust Champion.
Signing up for the Coronet Tournament lists is now available! Please register by filling out this form! If you desire to fight in the tournament, you must sign up before March 21st.
Site information
- Because the event is hosted by a church, this will be a dry site. However there are several restaurants, coffee shops and wineries within a short walking distance.
- Smoking/Vaping will be in designated areas only, in the courtyard or in front of FBC on 1st Street
- Handicap parking and access is available on the Washington St. side of the building, first come first serve, 2 slots in each area, two in WA side parking lot and two on Cowls Street, near building. Drop off available.
- In case of inclement weather, the tournament will be held indoors on carpet, otherwise it will be held outside in the parking lot on asphalt. Be prepared with appropriate foot wear. Post will be shared 1 week before.
- Lunch will be available to purchase by those that pre-register, due March 20th.
Sunday Summits Fight Practice
After the Summits Moot, we will be going over to Joe Dancer park for Fight Practice. Practice will be from 11 am to 2 pm. There will be marshals for Heavy, Rapier, and the Summits Murderbirds will practice combat archery. If you are interested in Combat Archery, contact Morgan Woodsende of Hoghton.
We will be meeting at the back parking lot on the far right. Take the first right on the roundabout and then keep to the right until you get to the back parking lot, past the skate park.
