The Battle of the Bands! A Melee and Bardic Tournament
The 26th – 28th of September, 2025 Three Mountains throws down the gauntlet with a weekend of electrifying Rock and Roll mayhem!
On Friday evening, ignite the night with a Torchlight Pas d’ Arm Barrier Tournament and Karaoke Rock and Roll extravaganza.
Saturday’s main event is a shredding 5-person Melee Tournament. Best 2 outta 3, Round Robin. Victory means Prizes, Prizes Prizes, glory and a coveted seat at the head table of the Champions’ Feast!
But wait, there’s more! As part of the Bardic competition each team will be have to be heralded onto the field by their own epic bard. Showmanship is key in this portion of the competition. Please the crowd, Wow the judges win the hearts of your adoring fans.
The second half of the bardic competition is best original piece composed about something that the bard witnessed that day… to be performed at the feast and judged by the winning team.
Don your leopard print spandex, grab your guitar-shaped axes, and prepare to make history!

Each band or team will be made up of 5 combatants (NO MORE THAN 2 KNIGHTS PER TEAM on the field at once) No Thrown weapons or combat Archery.
All other weapons allowed!
This is a Heavy/ Rattan team Melee tournament
Each band will need to provide a Herald or Bard to hype and announce them to the field EACH MATCH. This can be a band member or hired bard…
This is a working farm, sorry no pets. RV space will be available (there are no hookups) There will be water and garbage on site. Food will be available for purchase for all meals at the Virgin Countess Inn. In honor of the victors, the Saturday evening feast will be gratis to all [donations will be appreciated).
Raised Propane firepits and stoves only please with a fire extinguisher close by.
Please be aware that it IS Yellow Jacket season and they can be aggressive, take precautions.
