throne of England led by Baron Hengist Helgasson (aka Harald
Hardrada). Count Sir Styrkarr Jarlsskald (aka Harold Godwinson) has
called forth his Saxon warriors to meet him in battle…to
fearlessly face the Raven feeder head on and keep him and his
bloodthirsty warrios at bay.
Come join the Barony of Blatha an Oiur as we
celbrate the 950th anniversary of Harold Hardrada’s attack on
England and the Battle of Stamford Bridge. This five day event will
include fighting (bothheavy and rapier), archery, arts and sciences
competitions, throrn weapons, brewing contests, siege cooking
competion, Iron Needle contest and much more!
Sie Fee: $30 for the five day event or $20 for one
day. Children up to 17 years old are going to guests of the Barony
and enter for free. A $5 member discount does apply.
Sie opens Thursday Auust 18 at Noon. Site
closes Monday August 22nd at 3pm for EVERYONE
