Come one and all to the second annual AnTir Culinary
Symposium!  This year’s event will be held the weekend
of November 13th-15th at Camp Namanu in
Sandy, Oregon, just east of the Portland metro area.
We’ll have a full day of culinary-focused classes on
Saturday, plus a feast in the evening.

Overnight accommodations will be in the camp’s cabins, with
indoor bathrooms and electric heat and light.

Please note: due to the site owner’s rules
(Camp Fire) there is absolutely no smoking or alcohol allowed
on site. Pets are also not allowed at this event.

The site opens at 5 on Friday, and we must be off site by 3
on Sunday.

If you are interested in teaching a class, or you have a
suggestion for a class you would like to see offered, please
send your information to our class coordinator Muirreann at
madmarshalls@gmail.com.  Facilities for
classes include at least one industrial kitchen, and outdoor
fire rings as well as classroom/lecture space.

Friday night there will be a potluck feast for those who
arrive in the evening.  Three meals will be provided on
Saturday, as well as breakfast on Sunday.
