As the Autumn air turns colder, that special day is not too far off – why yes, soon it will be ๐artwood’s Court d’Argent Feast and Masked Revel! This Yuletide event will feature a White and Gold Court, potluck feast, and three championships!
Hartwood Yule takes place ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ต at ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ, in Coombs, BC.
Gate opens 10am โข Gate closes 11pm
$30 Adult Gate Fee ($25 for members)
There will be Martial Activities! TUTR Classes! Childrenโs Activities!
The gift tree is a tradition our Shire has for Yule.
Bring a gift for under or on the tree and later in the day, you get to choose a gift!
It doesnโt need to be large either.

There will be Championships for Hartwood’s ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐, and ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฎ.

8am set up and merchants
10am gate opens
10:30 opening audience
11:30 class 1 – Finger Weaving Garters
and…Craftsman Challenge begins
1pm class 2 – Make and Take Largess
1:30pm class 3 – Wax Wraps
3pm class 4 – Rolled Hems Two Ways
and…Scholar Challenge begins
5pm Feast and Frivolity
and…Bardic Challenge begins
8pm closing audience
10pm closing and clean up
