0800 – Setup (event team, Royals & retinue, and merchants may be on site)

– Drop off Super Seven Largesse Derby items @ A&S tent (until 1200)
– Bardic sign-up and populace voting @ A&Stent (to 1500)
0930 – Rapier armour inspection
1000 – Rapier tournament begins (to approx 1200)
– TW tournament (to approx 1200)
– archery range open pending marshal availability
1030 – Newcomers’ Walking Tour 1 (to approx 1115)
1200 – lunch break (to approx 1300)
– TW range open pending marshal availability
– Super Seven Largesse Derby populace
voting at A&S tent (to 1500)
1230 – Children’s Storytime with Elspeth
– Armoured lists open, armour inspections
1300 – Armoured tournament begins (to approx 1500)
– Newcomers’ Walking Tour 2 (to approx 1345)

1500 – Archery & TW ranges closed and clean up

DIRECTIONS
Make your best way to Chilliwack, BC via Trans-Canada Hwy 1.
Take Exit 116 (Lickman Rd) southbound.
Go through the traffic circle and continue south on Lickman Rd for approximately 3 km.
NB. If you need gas or an ATM, the gas station on the left, just south of the traffic circle, is the closest of either to the site.

Site is on the left. There is parking in front of the building and against the baseball backdrop. Overflow parking is about a block further south on the left.
