This is an online Informal gathering.
Normally the Madrone Culinary Guild gathers to cook period recipes together in someone’s kitchen, but as we are all under siege in our respective manors, this Saturday we’re trying an historic cooking “show & tell” instead.
Anyone who wants to play with us, cook your period recipes during the afternoon (or earlier) and then we’ll have a virtual gathering at 4pm to show what we made, for good or ill, and talk about our dishes & experiences.
