The Barony of Montengarde wishes to announce that
there will be a confidence polling for Their Excellencies
Baron Beothuk of the Beothuks and Baroness Wilma the Still
on November 21st, 2009.

Polling will take place at the Rehabilitation Society of
Calgary (address and directions below) from 11 am until 5
pm.

Everyone is encouraged to contact Their Royal
Majesties in writing to express their opinion, but per
Kingdom Law only paid members who reside in the Barony of
Montengarde will receive a form. Additionally, Officers,
Sergeants, Courtiers, Gallants, Yeomen and Lancers who live
outside the postal code range of the branch, and who are
paid members, will be included in the polling.

Those who are unable to attend the polling may contact the
Baronial Seneschal to obtain a form to be mailed directly
to Their Royal Majesties no later than November 14th.

a form by mail. You will only receive this form if you meet
the membership requirements stated above.
