Join the Canton of Bearwood for fun and frivolity at the annual Pre-Hibernation Feast.
Site fee is $25 per person; $5 discount with current membership card.
This year’s theme is set in the Basque region and the feast will be in a pot-luck style from pre-selected recipe options.
The pre-selected menu is:
First remove – Savory Pintxos (similar to tapas), Merlot marinated fish, Garlic Soup, Acorn flat bread
Second Remove- Basque Cod cakes, Roast Lamp /mushroom sauce, Leek and Onion soup, Buckwheat flat bread
Third Remove- Braised duck or Braised Venison with Almond Garlic sauce, Cherry Gateau Basque, Roasted Apples, Almond flat bread
Fourth Remove- Almond cake, Flan de Castanas
Beverages- water, tea and cider
