Kaldor Provincial Feast and Cooking Class

1:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Class and cooking in first half, feast in
second)

The Canton of Kaldor is happy to announce a medieval
provincial cooking
class with recipes from pre 700 A.D. to 1600 A.D.  The
focus is on the foods
and recipes from the French Provence region during the
medieval period with
a sampling of the ways they may have been prepared.  The
class and handout
will cover basic foods available, food storage, seasonal
foods, spices and
seasonings, cooking methods,& recipes.  Please come
and enjoy this delicious
feast!   There is a limit of 12 spaces, so please
register in advance.
