Their Excellencies, Rolf and Ashley, Baron and Baroness of Vulcanfeldt announce the Trials for Sergeants, Gallants, Yeomen, and Courtier's for the Barony of Vulcanfeldt, and invite all Sergeantry to assist with the trials, and encourage those not quite ready to attempt the trials to come, observe, visit, join in, and enjoy the day.
This will be a day event, Saturday, August 25, 2007, site opens at 8:00 AM, closes at 10:00 PM, with the Trials beginning with opening court at 9:00 AM and proceeding throughout the day. There is no overnight camping on site. Please contact Their Excellencies regarding crash space. There will be a potluck feast in the evening with Sergeantry and Courtier Candidates providing bardic entertainment. Their Excellencies ask that the local populace bring a hot food dish for the potluck that will serve 10 people, out of town guests are ask to provide fruits, cheeses, desserts and/or pastries. Site fee is $7.00 US, plus the non-member surcharge of $3.00 will be in effect. Make checks payable to the Barony of Vulkanfeldt, SCA Inc.
