Kingdom Officers handle the day-to-day business of the Kingdom. Contact information for Branch officers can be found on the branches page.
The officers here are categorized by team. Click on a team name to see officers within that team. Click on an officer to see more information about that officer.
Each team is responsible for different functions.
The Senechalate is the Administrative Branch of the Kingdom
Branch services, background checks, questions of Kingdom Law, media relations (including social media), and services for Youth within the Kingdom
The Chancellor of the Exchequer handles the financial matters of the Kingdom
Financial services, and Royal inventory and assets
The Chatelaines welcome newcomers to our organization and help them follow their interests
The Kingdom College of Heralds cultivates and promotes the use of heraldry throughout the Kingdom
Name and device submissions and registration assistance, heraldry research, announcements and public speaking at martial events and in court with voice and sign language
The Kingdom College of Scribes promotes the creation of the awards given by the Crown to the populace and fosters an environment of learning the skills required for award creation
Scroll and Charter creation, classes and contests related to calligraphy and illumination, archives of past charters
The Marshallate is the department dedicated to the safety and education around the various martial activities available in our Kingdom
Armored combat for adults and youth (sometimes called heavy fighting), Rapier combat for adults and youth, Cut and Thrust combat, Archery and Thrown Weapons activities, Equestrian activities, and Lists – the tracking of fighters and tournaments
The Ministry of Arts and Sciences promotes artistic, scientific, and research pursuits through various activities and contests
The Office of the Kingdom Chronicler records what is happening and what has happened in the Kingdom
The Kingdom Newsletter, “The Crier” is published by the Office of the Kingdom Chronicler
The Office of the Kingdom Webminister is the Information Technology department of the Kingdom
IT communications (officer email), IT infrastructure, Web services including the Kingdom website and the Wiki, and branch
Council Secretaries although not considered Kingdom Officers, serve as the main point of contact for Peerage councils within the Kingdom

Þorkell Palsson This is a deputy to Pursestrings, the Heralds Exchequer officer, and is responsible for the coordination and management of electronic submissions payments.

Master þorkell Palsson, OPThe Exchequer is in charge of all things financial and the head of the Financial Committee. That person along with the Seneschal and the rest of the Financial Committee help steer the group down the path of good financial health. The Exchequer is the Treasurer of the group.
Sibylla de WarynThe Largesse Coordinator receives, organizes, records, and assists in the appropriate re-distribution of gifts received by the Royals.

HL Medea of MadroneThe Chatelaine’s office is responsible for providing an introduction to the Current Middle Ages to new or prospective members; for advising newcomers of the conventions of the Society, their Kingdom and branch; and for encouraging participation in the group.

Viscount Durin Oldenmoor TjorkilskinThe Kingdom Earl Marshal (KEM) is the chief martial officer of An Tir.
The responsibilities of the Earl Marshal are to:
- Represent the Crown in the Crown's absence, supervising the fighting on a field of honor.
- Interpret and maintain the martial standards and regulations of the Kingdom.
- Provide final approval or disapproval of equipment within the rules the Society officers have set. This may be for a type of weapon or armor used by a large number of fighters, or it may be because a specific individual has chosen to appeal a decision on their equipment all the way up the chain of officers.
- Facilitate the education of the populace in combat with the aim of encouraging authentic, safe, fair and chivalric combat to the greatest extent possible.

Þóra in fróða, OLThe Minister of Arts and Sciences is the chief artistic and scientific officer to the Crown and Kingdom. They are responsible for encouraging the research and development of historically accurate arts & sciences, including research papers, across the Kingdom by aiding individuals or branches in networking with other individuals or branches and by encouraging arts & sciences events at the Kingdom, Principality, regional, or branch level.
Dagrun Stjarna, OP, OL, ORThe Arts and Sciences Contingency Deputy administers the office if the Minister of Arts and Sciences, for whatever reason, cannot continue in that role.

Lady ArgoliaThe Tir Righ Arts and Sciences Reporting Deputy is responsible for gathering reports from branch Arts & Sciences Officers in the Principality of Tir Righ.
Lærifaðir Phelan TolusmiðrThe Kingdom Seneschal is responsible for the administrative operation of the Kingdom of An Tir and is the sole corporate officer in the Kingdom. The modern world recognizes Kingdom Seneschals as Regional Vice Presidents. The Kingdom Seneschal maintains and updates Kingdom Law as well as the kingdom’s business records.

Levi ben DanielThe Kingdom Webminister is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Kingdom Website, the Kingdom’s official communications systems (officer email, mailing lists), and to ensure that all branch websites remain in compliance with Society standards.
Maistra Ana de la SaraThis is the primary contact person for any Royal or Heir of the Kingdom, or their staff for all digital content needs. This person assists with updating all information pertaining to Royals online, password/access resets and making posts or announcements from the Crown/Coronets through various online forums.

This Officer ensures that Officer and Branch contact information is up to date in the Kingdom Newsletter. This officer works closely with the Kingdom Webteam to ensure the Kingdom Website is also up to date.

Rowan SpiritWalkerThe Summits Arts and Sciences Reporting Deputy is responsible for gathering reports from branch Arts & Sciences Officers in the Principality of the Summits.
Tyric MagnasonResponsible for the Principality of the Summits Website. Maintains contact with Principality branches and communicates with the Kingdom Webminister regarding any IT-related issues happening in the Principality. Provides a quarterly report to the Kingdom Webminister regarding the IT status of all Principality Branches.
HL Astrid of the WolfpackResponsible for the Principality of Tir Righ Website and tirrigh.org infrastructure. Maintains contact with Principality branches and communicates with the Kingdom Webminister regarding any IT-related issues happening in the Principality. Provides a quarterly report to the Kingdom Webminister regarding the IT status of all Principality Branches.
Richard Fitzalan, OC, OPThe Guilds Deputy ensures that there is good communication between the Minister of Kingdom Arts & Sciences and any Kingdom Guilds. They are also available to assist groups in becoming official Kingdom Guilds.

· Supports Kingdom Seneschal to meet general training goals as well as address specific needs.
· Coordinates new seneschal training and continuing education classes, both online and in person.
· Develops and shares new class curriculum as needed.
· Stays current with kingdom and society policy and continually adjusts curriculum to align with policy change.
· Delivers training in remote and in person formats.
· Manages training materials in OneDrive and shares with seneschals throughout the kingdom.

Contact this officer if you need an Office365 password reset or a new officer email account.
Baronessa Alessandra da MontefeltroThe Kingdom Curia Clerk takes notes at both Kingdom Curia meetings and meetings of the Kingdom Financial Committee and prepares them for the Kingdom Website.

Royal Chamberlain Inventory Deputy
Steven Desjardin The Royal Chamberlain is responsible for the maintenance of Royal regalia, making an inventory of the Royal regalia at the change of Reigns, and arranging storage for the Royal Regalia. The Royal Chamberlain reports the inventory to the Kingdom Exchequer once a year.
The Royal Chamberlain insures the Royal Regalia and other Kingdom property in accordance with the directions of the Exchequer. He or she chairs the Royal Regalia Commission which is composed of Their Majesties (or Their representatives), Their Highnesses (or Their representatives), the Exchequer, the Minister of Arts & Sciences, plus interested members of the Noble Estate and the Peerages. The Commission recommends acquisition, disposition, and best use of Regalia to Their Majesties.
The Royal Chamberlain maintains a supply of award medallions and is the person to contact if a medallion is lost or damaged and needs to be replaced. Upon receipt of a small fee plus postage, and verification from the Dexter Gauntlet Herald (Order of Precedence) of the requester's right to bear the medallion, the Royal Chamberlain will issue a replacement.
Duke UlfR Blodfotur Fallgrson This office monitors, configures, updates, secures, and troubleshoots the Servers and Systems we use as a Kingdom. Contact this officer if any website hosted on the Kingdom server goes down or becomes inaccessible, if we run short on Office365 licenses for the creation of new Kingdom email accounts, or if email sent from any website hosted on the Kingdom website isn’t being received by intended recipients.
VacantThis officer maintains contact with Principality and Branch Webministers and helps the Kingdom Webminister ensure that reports are received in a timely manner.
Mistress Ysolt Tayler of WindHillResponsible for maintaining and monitoring the Kingdom Helpdesk system. Ensures support tickets are addressed by the Webteam in a timely manner.
Jenae la JoyeauxThe New Branches Deputy is a liaison to assist with the application process for new branches, re-activation of old branches, and for branch status upgrades, for example from Shire to Barony.

AEffe MichaelesdohtorOrganize volunteers for On Site Coordinator, Camera Operators, Communication Operators, and Producers for Crown and Kingdom events. I.E., 12th Night, May Crown, July Coronation, and September Crown.
Liaise with the Royals on what they would like covered beyond those four events. Some sitting Royals want any event that they attend covered when possible, others just want to stick to the main four.
Maintain event Excel spreadsheet with list of events and volunteers, track viewing numbers and report to Kingdom quarterly (or every Curia)
