    This policy only applies to Crown and Kingdom Events.

    These are as follows:

    12th Night Coronation

    Kingdom Arts and Sciences and Queens Rapier Championship

    May Crown Tournament

    July Coronation

    September Crown

    The goal of this policy is to provide transparency into the bid submission and reward process, assist event stewards with understanding the process and rules of running a Crown or Kingdom event, addressing site accessibility issues, and clarifying requirements for each Crown and Kingdom event.

  • Kingdom Arts and Sciences & Queens Rapier Championships bids due

    Greetings An Tir,

    Kingdom Curia is on September 3rd! This means bids are due.

    Given that we are less than a year out from Kingdom Arts& Sciences and the Queens Rapier Championships we would like to award a bid at this meeting.

    If you have not already submitted your bid to the Kingdom Events deputy, please do so by 8/27/2025. This will allow for the bid to be reviewed by the financial committee prior to Curia.

    If you have been working on a bid and are not yet ready, I HIGHLY encourage you to bid for 2027.

  • 2026 Kingdom Event bids awarded

    Greetings all,

    We are pleased to announce that May Crown 2026 has been awarded to the Barony of Wealdsmere and the event steward team of Izza al Dimashqyiia and Popia Rufina. The event will be held at the Yakima County Fairgrounds in Grandview Washington.

    The Kingdom Financial Committee and Their Royal Majesties would like to thank all branches who submitted bids. It was a tough choice!

    Bids awarded previously this year include:

    12th Night 2026 to The Barony of Blatha an Or, event steward Kira Mikkeldotter

    September Crown 2026 to in the Principality of Tir Righ, Event stewards Elphin & Maminka

    The following events are currently in need of bids:

    Kingdom Arts and Sciences 2026 (New date! 3rd weekend in April)

    An Tir West War 2026

    July Coronation 2026

    all events for 2027.
