    Greetings An Tir!

       First, We would like to thank all of the candidates and members of the populace that participated in the polling process. We truly appreciate you. 

       It is our pleasure and privilege to announce the results of the polling for the next Baronial pair of Madrone. 

        While there was generous support of several candidates. There was one candidate pair that polled with the most positive support.

      Rauokinn and Pain are the official Madrone Baronial heirs. They will be invested as the next Baronial Pair at Autumn War. We are excited to support them in this role.

    Please be aware that a NEW AN TIR ACCOUNT can take a few days to be APPROVED.


    Things You will Need


      • An Internet connection

      • An approved* login to the stage.antir.org/ website.

      • If you don’t already have one, you can register for an An Tir account now! (It will need to be approved by our web team (may take a few days) so fear not if you don’t get to login immediately– Please keep an eye on your JUNK MAIL folder in case the approval is filed there).

      • Your SCA membership number and expiration date

      • An email address


    What Happens Next?


      1. The Kingdom polling deputy will post an announcement with a polling link on An Tir Kingdom website – stage.antir.org/ – once the polling has begun.

      1. You will come to stage.antir.org/ and login, and then to this page (a link will be included in the announcements)

      1. You will input your Name and Membership information below (If you can’t see these fields, you aren’t logged in)

      1. The form will walk you through several pages of questions regarding your candidate(s)

      1. You will be able to change/edit your answers until the poll closes at midnight of the published close date.

      1. Once the Polling closes, the Kingdom Pollings Deputy will send all feedback on to their Majesties of An Tir.

      1. If your membership is verified, and up to date, your polling form will be sent electronically to Our Majesties. If your membership is not verifiable, the Polling officer will reach out to you to confirm, and if that does not resolve the issue, will ask you to please send your thoughts to Their Majesties through email.

      1. If you have any trouble submitting this form, please report it to pollings@antir.org.

    Sincere thanks to Duke Ulfr who originally proposed the idea (perhaps before the Kingdom was quite ready for it) after seriously intimidating his mailman who felt the need to hand-deliver “Your Majesty’s mail” (a significant stack of mail!) with a flourished bow while the Duke (then King) was in His less-than-royal dressing gown.

    The Duke vowed in that moment to work at a reasonable pace for a long time to rescue future Crowns of An Tir from a similar fate.

  • Congratulations to the successors of Wyewood!

    Good afternoon good gentles!

    After reviewing the poll results, we are minded to create Maister John de Percy, OP and

    HL Margaret Palmer  the next Baron and Baroness of Wyewood. The decision went through the official polling procedure.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly. 

    The step up will be at June Fair, June 20-22.

  • Updated timeline for the Baronial polling for the Barony of Wyewood

    The April Crier announcement could not be updated in time for publication. Below is the updated dates and times for Wyewood’s Baronial Polling:

    The Current Baron & Baroness Alarich von Thorn and Aline Swynbroke of Wyewood invite interested candidates to submit their packets by emailing the Kingdom Polling deputy, Caterine Rose d’Evreux at pollings@antir.org by by May 1, 2025.

    There will be a Presentation of the Candidates during a Zoom Meet and Greet, and one in-person Meet and Greet at their Full Contact Social Meeting (May 19th- 23rd). Polling will commence May 26th at 12:01 am and will conclude at 11:59 pm on May 30th. To be eligible to participate, the Wyewood populace is encouraged to create an An Tir account during the next few weeks, as it can take a few days to have the new user accounts authenticated and approved.

    After reviewing the poll results we are minded to create Kennari Brynja Kortsdottir and Courtier Malyss Makneile on their successful bid to become the next Baron and Baroness of Lions Gate.

    Congratulations!

    Thank you to all of the couples who put in their name for this challenging, but amazing job. 

    As a reminder, the change over will take place during Baroness’ Inspiration Tournament.
