The office of the Kingdom Seneschal is now accepting applications for the position of Calendar deputy position.
The calendar deputy is responsible for maintaining the Kingdom Events Calendar. The office receives and processes all of the event submissions for Central An Tir and supports the calendar deputies in The Principalities of the Summits and Tir Righ. This position requires approximately 2-5 hours of work per week, does not require previous knowledge of the calendar, and is an excellent way to support the Kingdom and its branches.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check calendar@antir.org email regularly, action tasks and respond to inquiries
- Troubleshoot calendar issues with event stewards and branch seneschals
- Check incoming event submissions for information and calendar conflicts
- Input information for events in the Kingdom events calendar and inform seneschal/stewards of updates. This includes creating events, checking and confirming information, creating and updating locations and publishing events to the Kingdom Calendar
- Check for EIF form submissions before due dates and update the Kingdom Calendar as needed
- Report quarterly to the Kingdom Seneschal and provide update reports for Curia
- Attend quarterly Curia meetings (online) and give synopsis of reports
- If deputy is unable to check in on email for a given time, they must inform the contingency deputy if there is one OR the Kingdom seneschal to arrange coverage
